“The only problem…. If you want to prop up the tablet for landscape viewing, there is a tab on the back that holds the cover in place, but it is place a little too low. When used, the tablet is basically standing staight up and wants to tip forward onto the screen. Easy enough to fix, though – I just used an exacto knife to extend the slits a little higher. I know that sounds confusing, but once this is in your hands, you’ll understand.”

“Ok, now that I have the case I get some of the other reviews. Overall this is a great case for the price. The tablet fits in snugly and there is a tab that wraps around the tablet and velcros in place so there is no way the tablet is getting out. All of the ports are accessible and the camera and speaker holes are reasonably close to matching the tablet so the whole thing is quite usable. Quality wise, it’s thick and very solid so it provides more than adequate protection and it’s easy to hold on to; the stand feature works well in landscape but not as well in portrait orientation.”

The portfolio is great for the price and arrived in a few days. The only negative is that the corners of the tablet are NOT covered by the leather portfolio. If it were to be dropped, (the corners would most likely be the 1st impact surface) would be damaged. A better design would have been to fully encased the tablet leaving only the jacks, data ports, buttons and tablet face exposed. Otherwise, this is a great purchase.
